Each member of our leadership team has deep roots servicing high net worth clients in the banking, real estate and insurance markets. Individually we saw a void in coverage, and we collectively came together to address that need.

Executive Team

Concierge Co-Founder and Chairman, Paul Silberberg, has built a successful career working with and advising Ultra High Net Worth clients. Prior to Concierge Insurance Solutions, Paul was President of CMS Companies, a financial services firm that Inc. magazine called “The Ultimate Investment Club for Entrepreneurs.” He built deep relationships with an extraordinary group of clients who, together with the firm’s principals, acquired more than $12 billion in assets and $6 billion in life insurance.


Paul has a BA & JD from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tamar Silberberg Shiffman is Co-Founder and CEO of Concierge Insurance Solutions and leads the firm’s sales and marketing divisions. Prior to Concierge, she and her husband built a multi-million-dollar real estate business, where she developed the luxury residential side of the company. Tamar’s knowledge and passion for the high-end real estate market adds a unique approach to protecting our clients' most valuable assets.


Tamar earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Aaron Toben is Co-Founder & President of Concierge Insurance Solutions, where he directs the day-to-day operations, secures and maintains relationships with insurance carriers, and oversees the development and servicing of clients’ insurance portfolios. Aaron brings proven strengths in building custom insurance solutions protecting high value art, automobile collections, mega yachts, residences, and other assets.


Aaron served as Assistant Vice President and Private Bank Insurance Officer for HSBC Private Bank.


A respected expert in the High-Net-Worth personal insurance industry, Aaron serviced high-profile private clients around the globe.


Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified as a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) in the high-net-worth space.

Aaron Toben

President

Charles F. Morrotta III is a Partner and Vice President at Concierge Insurance Solutions, where he concentrates on developing and servicing relationships and client portfolios. With over a decade of industry experience, Charlie’s attention to detail and consultative approach enhances his implementation of strategic insurance and risk management solutions. He specializes in complex portfolios, involving large properties and luxury assets throughout the country, including tough-placements within Wildfire and Hurricane prone areas.

Charlie started his career in the insurance industry as a Commercial Lines Underwriter, and, prior to joining Concierge, he served as Vice President of Brown & Brown of Pennsylvania’s Property and Casualty division.


Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University and is currently working towards his Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation through Wharton’s Executive Education Program.

Katie Nelson-Mueller is Vice President of Client Services at Concierge Insurance Solutions, where she assists in managing daily operations and the servicing of client relationships and portfolios. She is dedicated to maintaining valued relationships and advocating for clients. She prides herself on exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail. Katie brings a unique perspective, having come from an accomplished career in healthcare.


Katie earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware, her master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University and is certified as a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) in the high-net-worth space.

Sam Villagrasa-Petroski is Vice President of Strategy & Growth at Concierge Insurance Solutions. His focus is on creating operational efficiencies, managing carrier relations, and executing growth initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining the Concierge team, Sam was a vital part of the Chubb Personal Risk’s Underwriting and Sales & Distribution teams. He earned Chubb’s prestigious Circle of Excellence award in 2023 and 2024 celebrating the top 5% of eligible employees.


Sam earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is certified as a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) in the high-net-worth space.

Jayme Walder is the Senior Claims Advocate at Concierge Insurance Solutions. With 20 years industry experience as a licensed claims specialist, Jayme has handled an array of claims across multiple lines. She is adept at assessing complex topics into easily digestible content and enhancing the customer experience with an empathetic perspective. From the moment the unexpected occurs Jayme will address any questions or concerns our clients may have and facilitate the claims process between them and their carrier to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Prior to Concierge, Becca provided white-glove service to high-profile clients in the medical healthcare space where she managed a very large book of business.
